After that initial estimate meeting, we will provide you with a formal bid for your project's cost. Because we are a licensed contractor only in the state of Minnesota, we do not currently bid projects in Wisconsin. From time to time we will work collectively with Wisconsin-based contractors or construction companies on projects across state lines.
Though we cannot always promise immediate availability, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we have the opportunity to check our schedule and give you a projected time frame. Larger projects and exterior work will often need three to six months of lead time for planning and scheduling.
We always offer to meet with homeowners shortly after initial contact to take a look at the project and give an estimate. We communicate honestly before, during, and after all projects to uphold the integrity of both our company and you as a homeowner.

The length of a project also depends on its size and complexity. We will give you a realistic time frame before we begin the work and communicate any changes to that timeline promptly throughout its duration. Change orders and additional work requested by the homeowner during the project also can extend the timeline.

Yes, we work hard to keep our job sites as orderly and non-invasive as possible while we are working on your home. If your project is an extensive remodel, we will discuss how to work around your lifestyle as efficiently as possible.
