"We hired Adam with Precision Construction to complete a multi phase remodel of our home- converting our upstairs from a rental to more living space for our single family home (gutting the upstairs and building 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry room), removing a wall and opening up the main floor, trim work and some exterior painting and deck work as well. This project was complex in the planning and timeline and Adam and his crew communicated and adapted well even as we threw some unexpected curveballs his way. (Our baby came 3 weeks early being one of the curveballs) Adam is very detailed and is on top of everything. They are also meticulous with their craftsmanship and standards and everything turned out beautifully! We have hired many contractors in the past and Adam, Dusty, Drake and the rest of the crew were the most respectful and diligent workers we have ever worked with. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of every day. When we bid the project, his pricing was middle of the estimates as well for reference and if there were changes in cost or plan he communicated that with us so we could make decisions as needed. We will call him again for more projects in the future. 10/10 would recommend!!"

"We recently hired Precision Construction of Duluth to install an egress window in our home. This was not a simple job! The work involved cutting a larger opening in a deck, digging a big hole in a small space, concrete cutting followed by window, egress well and drain installation. Then stucco, sheetrock and carpentry work followed to complete the project. During the week after the egress window project was completed, it rained nearly 6 inches. Everything worked as expected. Adam, John, Jesse and Andy are hardworking, polite and skilled craftsmen. They kept us informed throughout the project and finished within the cost estimate. Precision Construction will be our first choice on future projects. We offer our recommendation to others who may be considering construction or remodeling projects."

"Precision Construction helped us renovate/remodel a 1960s house. The work included replacement of old windows and installation of many new windows, some of which were quite large. They did all the required framing for this and communicated with inspectors to make sure the work was done right. They also coordinated work done by the plumbers, tiled the bathroom floor and built/tiled a new shower. They are a hard working and good guys, we are very happy with the work they did and recommend this company."
